My Mission
When difficult things happen, even if we ‘recover’, our lives are forever changed. Things that once felt like givens can become impossible dreams.
When we journey from dancing to bedbound, working to sick, partnered to alone, our entire understanding of who we are shatters.
How do we continue? Where do we find the strength to reimagine who we are?
With tenderness, dignity, and warmth, I am here to support you on this journey.
To listen with compassion and curiosity, while providing you with the space to explore yourself–your loves, regrets, and deepest fears.
Nothing is off the table.
You are not alone.
Modalities
Using the modalities of narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and spiritually integrated psychotherapy, I provide clients with the space and courage to sit within and re-imagine their story.
In addition to the traditional tools of psychotherapy, I also use storytelling, singing bowls, and 1-on-1 guided meditations as interventions for calming, understanding, and supporting my clients.
